Last week on November 10th and 11th, participants gathered at the nHow Hotel in Milan for the Crisis Communications Conference 2011. Through a series of 6 Best Cases, 3 workshops, 1 discussion, and a special dinner speech by Mr. Andrew Gowers, the group discussed some of the most important aspects of crisis communications today.
